I am a first-year Graduate Student at the University of Oklahoma School of Meteorology and the Cooperative Institute for Meteorological and Mesoscale Studies (CIMMS). I am originally from Fremont, Nebraska and I received a bachelor of science in Meteorology from Iowa State University graduating Magna Cum Laude. My current research focuses on improving probabilistic warnings as a part of the Forecasting a Continuum Environmental Threats (FACETs) project.

I am a member of the American Meteorological Society (AMS). After I get my Master’s Degree my career goal is to either become a forecaster at a National Weather Service Office, or go on and get my Doctorate in Meteorology. You can learn more about me and my work by going to my About Me page or looking at my CV.
